About The Position

Every day you’ll be working with passionate and creative designers, engineers, and marketers. You'll help to manage the global product development and marketing processes, line planning activities, and brand strategy to drive our high-profile brand. In this exciting role, you will partner with cross-functional teams; including but not limited to regional marketing, consumer marketing, licensed consumer product, as well as design and development, packaging, engineering, demand planning, and costing to bring new play experiences to life. You will be the voice of the consumer throughout this process, taking into account research studies and competitive analysis. Every day, your work will help spark connection for millions of kids, parents and families around the world through Hasbro Games.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in consumer goods marketing, or a related field, with a track record of leadership and results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience with global product development and marketing processes, line planning activities, and brand strategy.
  • Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback.
  • Strategic and consumer-obsessed: You anticipate trends, understand what makes players tick, and turn insights into winning strategies.
  • Analytical and creative: You’re as comfortable building a business case as you are brainstorming the next big game idea.

Responsibilities

  • Develop global brand strategy, product innovation and storytelling.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to grow the business.
  • Leverage creative thinking and consumer insights to drive product innovations and better meet/exceed consumer demands and financial key metrics.
  • Evolve consumer research into clear and concise, insights based, sell in stories to hand off to regional marketing partners, sales and retail.
  • Assist in the development of overall go-to-market product strategy.
  • Support asset development in partnership with commercial marketing team by providing item details and collaborating on messaging of unique selling features.
