Reporting to the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing (ATLUS Transmedia), this role serves as a key contributor within the brand marketing function, acting as a primary liaison between SEGA of America’s marketing teams and global business & IP teams. This position will be responsible for driving core brand initiatives defined by the Sr. Brand Director while supporting the development of brand plans and assets across multiple channels including consumer products, games, animated content, events, music, and emerging opportunities. This role partners closely with the Brand, Licensing, Games Publishing, Partnerships, EMEA and ATLUS IP teams to ensure alignment of brand strategies with business goals and to help support the growth of ATLUS IP. This role requires experience in brand management, consumer marketing and licensing, with demonstrated experience in global campaign and creative strategy development, and cross-functional coordination. This role will operate as an ambassador for both internal and external stakeholders, including Tokyo-based ATLUS teams.
