SWBC is seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Benefits team as an Associate Benefits Consultant. This role is designed to develop future Benefits Executives by building foundational sales and consulting skills while gaining a well-rounded understanding of an employee benefits firm. The Associate Benefits Consultant will work under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Sales, serving as an assistant to the team while supporting and learning all core functions across the division. Through hands-on experience, job shadowing, and exposure to sales, service, analytics, communications, and wellness, this role provides a comprehensive path for career development within the organization.
