About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by combining attentive, friendly service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This role is part-time for 30 hours and is associated with a hiring event in Las Vegas East North. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, showing empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members to support clients' financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
