About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the brand and culture through attentive, welcoming service and the use of banking solutions and financial technology. You will contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time role of 30 hours in the Las Vegas East South area. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Help clients with day-to-day banking transactions and explain self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions, partnering with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, potentially including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
