About The Position

As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using current banking solutions and financial technology. You will contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time position for 30 hours at the Trenton Roebling Market Branch in Trenton, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, listening to their needs, managing lobby traffic with a tablet, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
