About The Position

As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent the brand and culture with hospitality, using banking solutions and financial technology alongside friendly, attentive service. You will contribute to the branch’s success by delivering exceptional client experiences and building trusted relationships. By sharing product knowledge and solutions, you will help clients work toward their financial goals.

This is a part-time position for 30 hours at the Trenton Roebling Market Branch in Trenton, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, providing attentive and friendly service, using a tablet to manage lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
