About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create positive client experiences. You will contribute to branch success by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time position for 20 hours at the Old Centreville Road Branch in Centreville, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic with a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
