About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by combining friendly, attentive service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients pursue their financial goals. The role is listed for 30 hours in the Lake Charles, Louisiana area at multiple locations.

You create a welcoming branch environment, support client account needs and transactions, educate clients about digital and self-service banking, and carry out branch operations in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients entering the branch and provide attentive, friendly service; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including use of the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
