About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to support clients. You contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals.

The role includes greeting clients, managing lobby traffic and appointments, servicing accounts, opening new accounts, explaining banking transactions and self-service technology, and performing branch operations. You must follow applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide attentive, friendly service that creates a welcoming branch environment.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Service and maintain accounts and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals and deliver seamless service.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
