About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using current banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The role serves clients in the branch by managing lobby traffic and appointments, providing account services and opening accounts, assisting with routine transactions and digital banking tools, and performing branch operations. Work must follow bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and create a welcoming environment by providing attentive, friendly service.
- Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance, and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
- Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals and provide seamless service.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing the cash vault, ATM, or other cash devices while following bank policies and procedures.
