Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch; manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet; and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service tools, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, showing empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch teammates to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
