About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by combining friendly, attentive service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering excellent client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The role includes welcoming clients, servicing accounts, opening accounts, assisting with everyday banking and self-service technology, and performing branch operations in compliance with applicable policies and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide attentive and friendly service, manage lobby traffic and the waiting queue using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, potentially including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
