About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create memorable client experiences. You will contribute to branch success by building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time position of 30 hours at the Amherst & Bridgeman Branch in Buffalo, New York.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Help clients with day-to-day banking transactions and explain self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
