About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining hospitality, current banking solutions, financial technology, and attentive service. You contribute to branch success by delivering strong client experiences and building trusted relationships. You share product knowledge and banking solutions to help clients work toward their financial goals. This part-time role is 20 hours and requires reading and speaking both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and the waiting queue using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Help clients with day-to-day banking transactions and explain self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
