Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge, and partnering with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
