About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals while contributing to branch success.

The role involves greeting clients, managing lobby traffic and appointments, servicing accounts, opening new accounts, assisting with everyday banking and digital self-service, and carrying out branch operations. All work must follow applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide friendly and attentive service, manage lobby traffic and waiting-queue check-ins using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
