About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing friendly, attentive service and combining banking solutions and financial technology to deliver exceptional client experiences. You build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time role of 20 hours at the Forked River Branch in Forked River, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with applicable policies, procedures, and banking and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, showing empathy, and sharing relevant product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch colleagues.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
