About The Position

Ohnstad Twichell, one of North Dakota’s oldest and largest full-service law firms, is seeking a law student graduating in 2027 to join the Estate Planning Department in our West Fargo office in fall 2027. As an Associate Attorney at Ohnstad Twichell, you will work alongside experienced attorneys while performing meaningful and challenging legal work for clients. This position offers an opportunity to develop an estate-planning practice in a collaborative, client-focused firm environment. We hire associates thoughtfully and invest in their long-term professional development. We seek attorneys interested in building a lasting practice and pursuing a potential future path to shareholder status within the firm. Associates are expected to demonstrate initiative, professionalism, sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellent client service.
