About The Position

AlerStallings law firm is looking for an experienced estate planning associate to support our clients in the Columbus area, with a home base in Dublin, Ohio. AlerStallings built our firm to change the legal industry for our clients as well as for the attorneys we hire. We are an estate planning law firm. That means we plan, or deal with in real time, everyday life events – marriage, kids, retirement, sickness, and death. On the worst day of our clients’ lives, we’re often their first call. Requirements

Two (2) years+ of client-facing attorney experience.
Admission to Ohio Bar.
GRIT – accountability, ownership, problem-solving, and toughness.

Nice To Haves

Admission to Michigan and Pennsylvania Bar.
Estate Planning, Administration, and Elder Care law experience.

Responsibilities

Engage clients from leads provided by preferred providers, seminars, radio, internet, and TV shows.
Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating patience and communication excellence.
Manage numerous estate planning cases, calls, and other responsibilities concurrently.
Prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks effectively.
