The billable hour requirement is a manageable 1,680 hours per year, reflecting a commitment to work-life balance and sustainable growth. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

3–5 years of legal experience, ideally with some litigation exposure or a strong interest in litigation
Comfortable managing cases from start to finish and taking initiative
Eager to expand your knowledge across practice areas
Strong written communication and drafting skills
Detail-oriented, career-focused, and open to mentorship
Licensed to practice law in California

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda
Prepare pleadings and discovery responses
Participate in depositions, court appearances and mediations
Draft professional correspondence and communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
Oversee estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters from start to finish
