About The Position

Kubicki Draper’s Orlando office is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least five years of insurance defense experience in general liability. Experience with bodily injury, products and premises liability, and automobile negligence—including commercial and trucking matters—is highly desired. The position involves drafting and reviewing substantive pleadings and motions, responding to motions and discovery, and communicating effectively with team members and clients in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Requirements

• At least five years of insurance defense experience in general liability.
• Strong legal research skills and excellent writing skills.
• Strong and persuasive oral advocacy.
• Desire to excel and advance within the law firm.
• Highly organized, with clear and concise communication skills.
• Self-starter and goal-oriented, with a focus on long-term career goals.
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Competent and proficient in Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
