About The Position

The firm is seeking an Associate Attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado to join its Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Division. Attorneys in this role will handle a diverse range of matters, with the opportunity to develop expertise in probate, elder law, and related litigation.

Requirements

Licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado or imminently awaiting bar admission.
Candidates with no prior practice experience will be considered.
Annual minimum billable requirement is 1500 hours.

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned caseload of all types of probate and estate planning matters including, but not limited to, Probate Litigation, Asset Protection, Conservatorship, Guardianship, and Elder Law.
Independently manage cases from initial hire through conclusion, following a period of training and with provided support.
Meet with prospective clients (marketing is not expected, but client meetings are a shared responsibility).
Achieve an annual minimum billable requirement of 1500 hours.
