About The Position
Kubicki Draper is seeking an Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join its insurance defense team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or early-career attorney looking to develop strong litigation skills while working closely with an experienced shareholder handling a diverse caseload that includes general negligence, premises liability, products liability, and first-party property claims. Entry-level attorneys and recent law school graduates who are members of the Florida Bar are encouraged to apply.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Active member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
Responsibilities
- Assist with automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, and first-party property matters
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
- Review medical records, claim files, discovery, and other case materials
- Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other members of the legal team
- Work closely with an experienced shareholder and receive ongoing mentorship and litigation training
