About The Position
AlerStallings law firm is looking for an experienced estate planning associate to support our clients. We are an estate planning law firm that plans for everyday life events such as marriage, kids, retirement, sickness, and death. Our firm is known for its heart, patience, and compassion, distinguishing us from other firms. We are one of the largest estate planning companies in Ohio with nearly 20 offices and have helped thousands of families. We are expanding our legal services to Michigan and are seeking expertise and support. This role involves client engagement, providing excellent customer service, and transactional excellence, requiring strong prioritization, organization, and delegation skills.
Requirements
- Two (2) years+ of client-facing attorney experience.
- Admission to Pennsylvania Bar.
- GRIT – a blue-collar mindset where accountability, ownership, problem-solving, and toughness still matter.
Nice To Haves
- Admission to Ohio and Michigan Bar.
- Estate Planning, Administration, and Elder Care law experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients from leads provided by preferred providers, seminars, radio, internet, and TV shows.
- Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating patience and communication skills to connect with clients.
- Manage numerous estate planning cases, calls, and other responsibilities concurrently.
- Prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks effectively to succeed in the role.
- Navigate clients through life's legal hurdles.
- Support existing clients who require our assistance.
