Requirements
- Active Tennessee law license
- Minimum of 4-5 years of Family Law and/or Criminal Defense experience
- Strong litigation, negotiation, mediation, legal research, and legal writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and case management abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Strategic thinking and sound legal judgment
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience serving multicultural or immigrant communities
- Experience mentoring junior legal professionals
- Passion for community-centered legal advocacy
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in Family Law and Criminal Defense matters.
- Build trusted relationships within the community.
- Manage cases from consultation through resolution.
- Advocate for clients both in and out of court.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.
- Build and manage a successful caseload in Family Law and Criminal Defense.
- Deliver exceptional client service and legal representation.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients and referral sources.
- Contribute to the firm's growth through effective client consultations and case management.
- Collaborate with team members to support firm-wide goals.
- Expand your legal expertise and professional capabilities.
