About The Position
The Associate Attorney provides essential support to the firm’s legal team by advising on tax-related matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with client representation in tax disputes and compliance matters. This role is ideal for a licensed attorney with at least one year of tax experience or a strong tax background, who possesses strong analytical and organizational skills. The Associate Attorney plays a key role in delivering high-quality legal services, ensuring efficient case management, and contributing to successful client outcomes.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Active license to practice law (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of tax experience or strong tax background
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on tax-related legal matters
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, opinions, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in tax disputes, audits, or proceedings as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal solutions
