About The Position
Kelley Kronenberg is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Jacksonville or Orlando, FL. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a caseload in General Liability defense while also developing experience in Family Law. The attorney will manage their own files, work closely with an experienced Partner on litigation strategy and client service, and gain hands-on experience in both practice areas. This position is ideal for someone looking for breadth in their legal practice.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of General Liability practice experience.
- Juris Doctorate Degree.
- Admitted to practice in Florida.
Nice To Haves
- Interest in developing Family Law experience is strongly preferred; prior exposure is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of General Liability defense matters from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
- Take on Family Law matters as they arise, working directly with a Partner to build competency and confidence in that practice area.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and provide clients with responsive, high-quality representation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents with a growing degree of independence.
