Summary: Associate Attorneys are responsible for legal oversight of all aspects of the firm's legal practice. The responsibilities of the qualified candidate will include, but not limited to, handling legal work related to litigation and foreclosure proceedings while also providing guidance to clients and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years experience as a practicing attorney
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and member in good standing with the Colorado Supreme Court required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in real estate or foreclosure preferred
Responsibilities
- Managing non-judicial foreclosure cases
- Reviewing and analyzing title work
- Drafting court documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Appearing at court hearings
- May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
- May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
