About The Position

RAS is seeking a candidate with strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and produce accurate and high-quality work-product in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will work with a team of knowledgeable, client-centric attorneys supported by experienced staff. Admission to the PA State Bar is required. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and includes our benefits package. The Associate Attorney provides new hires with an opportunity to learn about and familiarize themselves with creditors’ rights, as well as demonstrate their ability to meet performance expectations. Requirements

Admission to the PA State Bar is required.
Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; strong interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate through both verbal and written electronic correspondence
Demonstrate an excellent ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations
Meticulous analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with a dynamic and diverse team of experienced professionals
Juris Doctor
Bar membership in Pennsylvania

Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Review court filings to ensure compliance with applicable laws, client directives, and loan documents
Ensure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, as applicable
