Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
Proven ability to handle pleadings, motions, and discovery rules with precision.
Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and speaking skills are essential.
Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
A rigorous work ethic, a desire to grow within the firm, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must maintain strict client and firm confidentiality at all times.
Must be admitted to practice in West Virginia.

Responsibilities
