Requirements

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Arizona, and in good standing.
0-3 Years of litigation experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Knowledge in insurance defense, municipal litigation, and commercial litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents to support litigation strategy
Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and persuasive arguments; strong analytical skills are essential.
Prepare and respond to interrogatories, disclosures, depositions, document production and related tasks.
Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials; assist senior attorneys in trial preparation.
Proficiency in communicating in a clear, logical manner with clients, agencies, courts, and opposing counsel. Provide updates, gather information, and advise clients on legal rights and case strategy.
Ability to analyze case law, statutes, and facts to support strategic decisions.
