About The Position
The Associate Attorney - Litigation will investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims. This role involves handling personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters. The attorney will take and defend depositions, draft motions, attend court hearings in state and federal courts, conduct legal research, and prepare written analysis. Additionally, the position includes providing pre-litigation evaluations and client recommendations.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school required
- Active Colorado Bar license required — no exceptions
- Local candidates only — Denver, Colorado area
- 3+ years of litigation experience required
- Strong research and writing skills required
- Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload
Nice To Haves
- Experience in construction matters, commercial litigation, or insurance-related litigation preferred
