Requirements
- JD from accredited law school
- Active Colorado Bar license required
- 3-7 years civil litigation experience
- Deposition and dispositive motion experience required
Nice To Haves
- Insurance litigation experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Handle civil litigation matters from inception through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Take and defend depositions and appear in court
