We are a business defense firm with multiple practice areas including litigation, construction, healthcare, corporate, real estate, and employment law. Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the SC State Bar is required or pending admission.
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in practicing creditor's rights and related fields.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple cases simultaneously within a busy law office environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee general litigation matters from inception through trial.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft necessary documents.
- Prepare witnesses and present motions in court.
- Cultivate client relationships while managing multiple cases.
- Collaborate on case strategies and participate in settlement negotiations.
