About The Position

We handle complex, high-stakes litigation for national and regional trucking companies and insurers - and we win. Our clients rely on us because we deliver results where it matters most: in the courtroom. We’re hiring an experienced attorney in the Houston area. You’ll carry a meaningful docket, appear in court regularly, and receive hands-on training in our trial-tested litigation methodology, working alongside attorneys recognized as leaders in Texas transportation defense.
Requirements
- Licensed Texas attorney with insurance defense litigation experience
- Demonstrated deposition and trial experience — first-chair preferred
- Ability to manage docket independently from day one
Nice To Haves
- Commercial transportation or trucking defense background a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Handle a dynamic docket of civil litigation matters, primarily commercial auto liability and trucking accident defense cases
- Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and attend court appearances
- Work closely with clients, insurers, and team members to develop case strategies
- Prepare cases for trial and participate as first- or second-chair
