About The Position

Boutique San Francisco based law firm is seeking an associate with at least 3-5 years of litigation experience to work in the firm’s Washington, D.C. or San Francisco office to primarily support its Government Contracts Practice Group. The firm is particularly interested in candidates with experience litigating bid protests, claims and performance disputes, and terminations for default or convenience; providing regulatory compliance advice and counseling; and handling False Claims Act issues and Organizational Conflicts of Interest, Procurement Integrity, and ethics issues. However, associates also have the opportunity to work with other practice groups within the firm if desired. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, or California and should be self-starters with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The firm is looking for candidates with solid academic credentials, excellent writing skills, strong analytical abilities with a consistent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent lawyering, smart business-focused advice, and our collaborative team of staff and attorneys are what have kept the firm successful and healthy, as well as a true pleasure to work for.
