Requirements

3 - 6+ years of significant law firm experience in energy regulatory law, power markets, infrastructure transactions, or related energy matters.
Experienced in advising data center developers, hyperscalers, or large energy users.
Experienced in digital infrastructure, co-located generation, or large-scale energy procurement.
Proactive, with a strong business sense.
Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
Ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
Commitment to delivering excellent client service.
Entrepreneurial, innovative, and forward thinking.
Excellent business and legal problem-solving skills and judgement.
Strong work ethic, team player attitude, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for transactions.

Nice To Haves

Experience with regulatory proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), state public utility commissions, and appellate courts.
