About The Position

Kirton McConkie is seeking an associate attorney to work in its corporate practice group in the Boise office. Qualified candidates will have three or more years of experience in one or more of the following: mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side), commercial agreements, corporate finance, private equity, tax (deal structure, organizational structures, partnership), entity selection and formation, and general corporate matters. Experience with formations in connection with real estate investments, real estate-secured financings, and other commercial real estate transitions is desirable. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hard-working, be able to work in an environment of high volume, deadline-sensitive, complex transactions, and be able to work independently (subject to partner supervision). Candidates must also have experience working in the corporate/business practice group of a sophisticated law firm and be a member of the Idaho State Bar.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work in its corporate practice group.
