Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar License, in good standing (required)
- Experience in commercial transactions or commercial litigation preferred
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a genuine passion for commercial litigation, transactions, and corporate advisory
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with legal automation tools for case management and document drafting a plus
Responsibilities
- Support a dynamic commercial litigation team through all phases of legal proceedings, from initial filings through trial
- Draft and review legal documents for commercial transactions and business formations
- Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and writing on a wide variety of commercial matters
- Build meaningful client relationships by delivering clear, practical, and strategic legal advice
- Collaborate with talented teammates on business development initiatives to grow client accounts
- Help craft winning litigation strategies and advise clients on compliance and governance issues
