About The Position

Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP is seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join their award-winning team. This role offers immediate hands-on experience handling a variety of litigation matters including wrongful death, premises liability, personal injury, construction, breach of contract/business disputes, and more. The associate will manage all aspects of cases from inception to resolution, including legal strategy, research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, arguing motions in court, attending mediations, and trial. The position involves working with a diverse range of clients and offers a platform for professional growth through collaboration and mentorship from experienced partners.

Requirements

  • 0 - 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
  • Experience preferably handling matters involving general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes.
  • Comprehensive experience preparing pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting motions and legal briefs.
  • Experience communicating with clients and opposing counsel.
  • Experience attending mediations and appearing in court.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Current admission to the Colorado State Bar is required.
