About The Position

Hall & Evans, LLC, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. Cases are primarily personal injury defense and construction defect defense. You’ll gain hands-on experience interacting with clients, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and developing your skills in business development.

Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Utah
• A strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Exceptional research and writing skills
• Interest in marketing and client development

Nice To Haves

• 2-8 years of prior experience defending civil litigation cases in Utah

Responsibilities

• Interacting with clients
• Conducting depositions
• Making court appearances
• Developing skills in business development
• Managing case files independently
• Trial experience
• Ability to travel
