About The Position

Hall & Evans, LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney for its Chicago office. The role involves defending civil litigation cases, with preferred experience in medical malpractice and/or nursing home litigation and premises liability. The attorney will manage case files independently, contribute to trial work, and have an interest in marketing and client development. The hiring range is $100,000–$187,500 annually, commensurate with experience. Applications will be accepted through December 31, 2026. Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.
• Strong work ethic and ability to independently manage case files.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Interest in marketing and client development.
• Ability to travel.
• Trial experience.

Nice To Haves

• At least five years of prior experience defending civil litigation cases in the Chicago area.
• Experience with medical malpractice and/or nursing home litigation.
• Experience with premises liability.
