About The Position

World Wide Technology, Inc. currently has an opportunity available for an IT Associate Analyst, with a specialized focus on supporting Business-to-Business (B2B) Integration solutions. The qualified candidate will join the Strategic Partner Enablement team in a full-time remote capacity. At WWT, we strive to create an integrated Supply Chain ecosystem between us and our partners. This means establishing seamless data integrations with our customers, vendors, carriers, and other partners. This IT Associate Analyst position will serve in a Support capacity to ensure timely triage and resolution of Requests and Incidents related to Supply Chain Integrations with our partners. This position will also play a support role to new Partner Integrations by assisting in functional testing of integration solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team consisting of other Developers, other Analysts, and Architects. Team Members utilize a broad range of functional and technical skills and are encouraged to expand their functional knowledge and technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 1 - 2 years experience in call center, supply chain or handling incident queues
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
  • Experience in writing/troubleshooting SQL statements and a general familiarity with basic database operations
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Ability to quickly learn and implement new skills, technologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with strong work ethic and ability to act as a self-starter
  • Permanent U.S. Or Costa Rica work authorization. Candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship, including those on F‑1/OPT, CPT or H1B, are not eligible for this role.
  • This role is not open for staffing partners or corp‑to‑corp candidates.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic familiarity with Integration-centric technologies - RESTful APIs, AS2 Connectivity, cXML, JSON, EDI X12, or SFTP
  • Basic familiarity with Supply Chain services, processes, tools
  • Experience in working and collaborating with business and cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS Forms (Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.)
  • Basic familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies (Story Pointing, Grooming, Planning, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary triage points for new and emergent requests, break/fix tickets, and general user inquiries related to Strategic Partner Integrations
  • Provide external-facing and end-user support to stakeholders reporting incidents
  • Assist in executing test scenarios in support of in-development Integrations
  • Partner with Strategic Partner Integrations peer group to review Support-related trends, escalation risks, and Help Needed items
  • Actively contribute during all Agile Ceremonies (PI Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Team Retros, etc)
