This role will play a key part in supporting VIP, executive‑level, and high‑profile client escalations, ensuring timely visibility, accurate reporting, and disciplined follow‑through. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive, time‑critical issues with professionalism. They will partner closely with Customer Accounts leadership and Operations, to identify trends, support escalated issue resolution, and protect the client experience.
