About The Position

This is a ground-floor seat on a new AI team and a path into building AI solutions at enterprise scale. You will build real tools that people across a $6B business use every day, with direct visibility to senior leadership and no ceiling on how fast you can grow. Associate is a starting point, not a tenure track. You earn your way to AI Builder by shipping and by developing enterprise judgment, not by waiting.

Requirements

• You have built working software with modern AI tools and can show it. Projects and portfolio matter more than years.
• Technically self-sufficient on fundamentals. You solve problems independently rather than escalating them.
• Technical foundation in computer science or equivalent.
• Exposure to LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, or data and SQL.
• Awareness of security fundamentals and the judgment to ask before doing something risky with data or access.
• Design instinct. You care whether the thing you built is actually usable.
• Self-starting and relentlessly curious. You learn unprompted and bring ideas forward.
• Curiosity about the business and how the work actually gets done.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered tools and automations alongside the business users who will use them.
• Own the quality of what you build, including usability and documentation.
• Learn and build to the enterprise standards for architecture, security, and design.
• Partner directly with floor teams to find real pain points.
• Contribute to the ROI case for your work and learn what makes a build worth doing.
• Ship quickly and iterate on real feedback. You should be building in your first week.
