About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Administrative professional to support operations at our Uvalde TX facility, as well as market (as needed). This role serves as the sole onsite administrative presence and requires a high level of independence, adaptability, and professionalism.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
3-5 years of administrative experience.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Validate proof of delivery (POD) in SAP for all charge term accounts.
Maintain records of missing or incomplete payments and PODs.
Work with centralized Accounts Receivable to resolve issues.
Process Accounts Payable and Purchasing Card transactions.
Process NSF checks and maintain supporting documentation.
Support onboarding, mobile devices, and Override Code usage.
Run and communicate weekly customer refund data.
Perform daily cashiering and route reconciliation activities, ensuring accurate cash handling, deposit verification, balancing, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Maintain document retention, archives, and location logs within designated SharePoint folders, ensuring documentation is accurate, organized, compliant with company policies, readily accessible, and audit ready.
Monitor and support DOT compliance requirements.
Provide inventory support by creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) in SAP and maintaining related documentation as needed.
Respond to email, telephone, and visitor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain reception, conference rooms, and communal areas to ensure a professional work environment.
Provide additional administrative and operational support as assigned.
