About The Position

Waveguide is seeking passionate, creative thinkers who will be tirelessly dedicated to building lasting relationships and finding innovative answers to our clients’ most challenging questions. Waveguide LLC is an AV, IT and acoustics design and hospitality company dedicated to elevating the human connection through improved communication. For nearly three decades, we have brought long-range, strategic thinking to communication challenges, focusing not just on technology in the built environment, but also on how people, processes and places fit together to reflect the way people actually work, learn and play – no matter where they are in the life cycle of their technology journey. Our consultants are among the most qualified in the industry and have provided award-winning AV, IT and acoustics design services for some of the most well-known corporate, education, government and community clients worldwide, and our highly certified on-site technology hospitality advocates have become integral to the culture of global enterprises. Waveguide was acquired by Compass Group USA in 2016 and is managed under Eurest, Compass Group’s leading business and industry (B&I) division. At Waveguide, we believe great projects begin with great relationships. Whether collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, or project teams, our role is to understand each project's unique challenges and develop solutions that improve how people experience the built environment. Our acoustics, technology, and specialty consulting teams help create spaces that are comfortable, functional, and adaptable. We advise on room acoustics, sound isolation, noise and vibration control, building systems integration, and operational support to help clients achieve their objectives. By combining technical expertise with a practical understanding of how people work, learn, heal, meet, and interact, we deliver solutions that enhance both performance and experience. We are looking for talented professionals who are passionate about problem-solving, relationship-building, and creating environments that make a lasting positive impact.
