Requirements

  • Technical knowledge and expertise in the given technology/service domain
  • Must have AZ DMV experience
  • 1+ years of experience providing IT support
  • Experience working in a customer facing environment
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and optimize with smarter way of working

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
