The Associate Account Manager (AAM) plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of client programs and projects across the Account Management team. This role is responsible for coordinating project details, supporting internal operations, maintaining financial and system accuracy, and developing a strong understanding of client businesses and branded merchandise solutions. Working closely with Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, National Account Managers, and Senior National Account Managers, the AAM serves as a key operational partner, ensuring projects move efficiently from brief through delivery while contributing to a positive client experience. This role is designed as a developmental step toward Account Manager and provides increasing exposure to client communication, project ownership, and strategic account management. As part of a fast-paced, client-centric organization, the Associate Account Manager helps ensure exceptional service, operational excellence, and successful execution across client programs.
